为确保国际学生及时缴纳保险费、学费和住宿费，顺利办理签证续签，根据《中华人民共和国出入境管理法》（2013年7月1日施行），我校将把2018-2019学年签证续签与国际学生在中国境内学习期间的费用缴纳情况及行为表现相结合，具体内容通知如下：
In order to facilitate the timely payment ofinsurance,tuitionandaccommodation fees forinternationalstudentsand help youapply new residence permit on time,Wenzhou University will apply for the visa renewal for international students based on your fee payment and individual behavior according toEmigration and Immigration Administration of the People’s Republic of China(Starting on July 1ST2013) .The notice of2018-2019academic year paymentand visa extensionis hereby notified as follows:
一、签证于2018年6月30日和7月30日到期的学生
For students whose visa will expire on 30thJune and 30thJuly 2018
（一）温州大学校长奖学金（I类）获得者
根据《温州大学国际学生奖学金实施办法（试行）》（温大行政〔2017〕277号），温州大学国际学生奖学金的评审结果将在2018年暑假期间予以公布。因此，该项奖学金获得者（本学年因受处分被取消奖学金的学生除外）需在签证到期前一个月内提交以下签证续签所需材料：
Students ofWenzhou University Presidential Scholarship（Class I）
AccordingtoScholarship Implementations For International Students of Wenzhou University,the result for Wenzhou University Presidential Scholarship will be published duringthissummer vacation. For this reason, the students from presidential scholarship（Class I，excluding students who are punished in 2017-2018 academic year）can apply for your visa first by providing following materialsone month earlier before your visa expiration。
1.保险费800元/年缴纳凭证。
Receipt of Insurance fee 800 RMB/Year
学生必须在签证到期前一个月内缴纳800元保险费。
You must pay the insurance fee 800 RMB (cash)one month earlier before your visa expirationso that you can apply for the new visa.
2.费用缴纳承诺书。
学生本人签署费用缴纳承诺书，承诺于2018年9月14日（周五）前缴清所需学费和住宿费。
Payment Commitment Letter
You need to sign a payment commitment letter and promise to finish the payment before 14thSeptember 2018 if you cannot win First Tier ofWenzhou University Presidential Scholarship. Otherwise you shall accept all consequence according to the relevant regulation of university.
3.其他签证所需相关材料（见第四点内容）

（二）温州大学自费生（含部分奖学金生、因受处分被取消奖学金的学生）
温州大学自费生需在签证到期前一个月内缴清所有费用并提交签证续签所需相关材料（见第四点内容）。
Wenzhou University Self-supporting Students（including partial scholarship students and students whose scholarship is canceled by any kind of punishment）
You must pay all relevant fee and submit visa materials (See Part Four) one month earlier before your visa expiration.
1.如果国际学生缴清一学年所有费用，准予申请一年签证。
If you payall relevant fee, you can apply for one-year visa.
2..如果国际学生缴清保险费，能缴纳不少于半学年的学费，签署缴费承诺书后准予申请半年签证。
If you pay insurance fee and more than one semester tuition, you must sign Payment Commitment Letter and can apply for six-month visa.
3.如果国际学生不缴纳保险费则根据《学校招收和培养国际学生管理办法》（教育部、外交部、公安部令第42号）给予退学处理；如果不缴纳学费则给予休学处理；如果不缴纳住宿费则不予提供校内住宿。
Students whofailto pay the insurance feearerequired to quitfrom schoolaccording toManagement Regulation of the University Recruitment and Training the International Students (42 Order of Ministry of Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Ministry of Public Security ). Students who fail to pay tuition fee are required to apply suspension of schooling. Students who fail to pay dorm fee cannot live in the dorm anymore.
二、签证于2018年7月30日后到期的学生
For students whose visa will expire after 30thJuly 2018
学生需在2018年9月14日（周五）前缴清所有相关费用并在签证到期前一个月内提交续签所需相关材料（见第四点内容）。如果国际学生不缴纳保险费则根据《学校招收和培养国际学生管理办法》（教育部、外交部、公安部令第42号）给予退学处理；如果不缴纳学费则给予休学处理；如果不缴纳住宿费则不予提供校内住宿。
For all students whose visa will expire after 30thJuly 2018,you must pay all relevant feebefore 14thSeptember 2018and submit visa materials (See Part Four) one month earlier before visa expiration.

四、签证延期所需材料Materials Requiredfor Visa Extension:
1.有效期六个月以上的护照
Apassport validated for more than six months
2.六个月以内的体检报告
Medical examination report (Within 6 months)
3.境外人员住宿登记凭证（校外住宿学生）
Apartment registration document from the local police station (For students living off campus)
4.相关的缴费凭证
Payment receipt for tuition, accommodation and insurance fee

1.请相关专业学院以班级为单位组织国际学生学习《关于温州大学国际学生2018-2019学年费用缴纳及签证续签的通知》，确保通知内容传达到位、入心入脑，确保费用缴纳和签证续签工作顺利有序。
For every major college, please organize international students to learn theNotice About 2018-2019Academic Year Paymentand Visa Extensionand make sure every student can pay the fees and renew his visa on time.
请相关专业学院分别于2018年5月30日（签证6月30日到期的）、6月30日（签证7月30日及9月30日到期的）前反馈纸质和电子版《温州大学国际学生行为表现情况汇总》（签证到期学生清单由留管部学生科将同期提供给专业学院，2014级-2016级学生行为表现由相关专业学院汇总，2017级学生行为情况由拉斯维加斯3499汇总）。国际学生的行为表现将影响其签证续签是否成功和续签期限。
For every major college, please hand in the International Students Behavior Performance of Wenzhou University before 30thMay 2018（Whose visa will expire on 30thJune 2018）and 30thJune 2018（Whose visa will expire on 30thJuly and 30thSeptember 2018）. The students name list will be offered by Student Affairs Office,College of International Education. 2014-2016 grade students behavior performance will be summarized by related major college. 2017 grade students will be assessed byCollege of International Education. The behavior performance of international students will affect the success and period of their visa renewal.
2.费用缴纳凭证等签证续签申请所需材料交至拉斯维加斯3499（留学生教育与管理部）学生科（北校区3号楼221办公室）。
