根据《浙江省政府来华留学生奖学金管理办法》《2017年度浙江省政府来华留学生奖学金评审工作的通知》规定和要求，结合学校实际，现将2017年度浙江省政府来华留学生奖学金申请工作通知如下：
一、申请时间 Application Time
Time: 2017年6月 12日 — 2017年6月23日 (June 12th – June 23rd, 2017)
二、申请对象 Applicants
（一）B类奖学金15名，每人每年20000元人民币，申请对象为我校2014级，2015级，2016级优秀本科外国留学生（不含2016级已获校长全额奖学金学生）。
Type B Scholarship（20,000 RMB for each student）: for 2014, 2015 and 2016 grade excellent foreign students who study Bachelor Degree Programs in Wenzhou university (Excluding 2016 grade Full-scholarship foreign students).
（二）C类奖学金8名，每人每年6000元人民币，申请对象为就读时间在一学期及以上的品学兼优的长期外国进修生。
Type C Scholarship（6000 RMB for each student）: for excellent foreign students who study Chinese for more than one semester.
注： 校长全额奖学金之后将单独评选，相关学生不参与此次奖学金申请。
Notice: The Full-scholarship will be assessed later so 2016 grade full-scholarship foreign students could not apply ZHEJIANG Provincial Government Scholarship.
三、申请条件 Requirements
（一）申请人应获得相当于中国高级中学毕业的学历或证书，年龄在30周岁以下。
The applicant of Bachelor-degree program shall be under the age of 30, and he/she must have achieved the certificate or diploma which is equal to Chinese High School Certificate.
（二）申请人须拥有外国国籍，持有外国护照，对华友好，身心健康。
The applicant shall be a physically and mentally healthy foreign student.
（三）申请人须已按时缴清学费、住宿费和保险费等相关费用。
The applicant shall pay in full tuition, dorm fee, insurance fee and other relevant fee.
（四）申请人须表现良好，在校内无旷课等违反校纪校规行为，在校外无违反中国法律法规的行为。
The applicant shall be well-behaved, and he/she has no record of violation of the regulation of Wenzhou university and the law of China.
（五）申请人须学习成绩良好。
The applicant shall have excellent academic performance and good class attendance.
（六）申请人应具有相应的汉语水平，并提供相关证明，如HSK证书等。
The applicant shall have a certain level of Chinese, and he/she shall submit the certificates of HSK or other Chinese test.
（七）本学年未获得中国政府其他各类奖学金及校长全额奖学金。
The applicant shall never enjoy other government and university scholarships in this academic year.
四、申请办法和程序 Application Procedure
（一）个人申请（6月12日——6月23日）。符合条件的留学生自行打印《浙江省政府来华留学生奖学金申请表》，如实填写各项信息（中英文都可）。表格可以在电脑上填写好后打印出来签名，或者手写，但需字迹清楚。
Personal application（June 12th – June 23rd）. The applicant need print out the application form and fill in blank (Both Chinese and English are OK).You can do it either with handwriting or typewriting. Keep it clear enough by handwriting and remember to sign your name.
（二）专业学院初审（考试结束后一周内）。专业学院集体研究，确定推荐人选（推荐人选总数多于1人的，请予以排序），并将签字盖章相应证明材料报拉斯维加斯3499（留学生教育与管理部）。
Primary verification from major college （Within one week after the exam）. The major college decides the scholarship candidates with careful assessment (If more than one candidate, please make a sequence), and then submits relevant materials to Department of Overseas Students Education & Services.
（三）评审（考试结束后2周内）。拉斯维加斯3499（留学生教育与管理部）组织评审，综合考虑学业成绩、行为表现和能力素质等方面情况。
Assessment（Within two week after the exam）. The final scholarship result will be put forward after the meeting of College of International Education (Department of Overseas Students Education & Services), according to candidate’s academic performance and other behaviors.
（四）公示（7月）。评选结果在全校范围内公示5个工作日。
Publicity (July). The result will be published on the college website for five days.
（五）审批（2017年9月15日）。经公示无异议后，报省浙江省教育厅审批。
Approval (15th September 2017). The final result is subjected to the approval of Provincial Department of Education after no objection public announcement.

（一） 《浙江省政府来华留学生奖学金申请表》 （见附件）；

（二）经公证的高中毕业证书与当学年成绩单复印件；
High school graduation certificate and copy of transcript (From September 2016 to June 2017 Academic year)
（三）护照复印件；
Photocopy of applicant’s passport
（四）健康证明；
Photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form（Within 6 months）
（五）推荐信。 Teacher’s recommendation letter
以上申请材料纸质版请于2017年6月23日（周五）下午16:00前报送留学生教育与管理部（北校区3号楼221办公室）。
