According to “Notice About 2017-2018 Academic Year Payment and Residence Permit” which was put on the website of College of International Education,16th August 2017, some relevant information is added as follows:
一、New Residence Permit processing time of First group: 30th August, 2017 (Wednesday)
Target students: Students who had got the Chinese Government Scholarship, 2017/2018 Wenzhou University Presidential Scholarship (First tier ) and Partial Scholarship.
Material Submission Deadline: 25th August, 2017 (Friday)
二、New Residence Permit processing time of Second group: 15th September, 2017 (Friday)
Target students: Students who had got 2017/2018 Wenzhou University Presidential Scholarship (Second tier or Third tier) and Self-financed students.
Material Submission Deadline: 8th September, 2017 (Friday)
三、Materials Required:
1. Passport（a soft copy scan of the information page, resident permit page and latest entry page
will be needed and rename the subject: student ID number and full name then should be
sent to this email 89283050@qq.com）
2. Medical examination report (Within 6 months)
3. Apartment registration document from the local police station (For students living off campus)
4. Payment receipt for tuition, accommodation and insurance fee
※As reference,fee standards are based on “Notice About 2017-2018 Academic Year Payment and Residence Permit” on the website of College of International Education which published on 16th August 2017.

※Due to dormitory relocation, accommodation fee can be paid after moving to new dormitory, the specific time for accommodation payment will notify later.
5.You will be required to pay 800 RMB for a year to collect your passport and resident permit.

Please submit all above mentioned documents to SICAS OFFICE (Room 215).Everyone’s documents will be prepared according to submission order and those who
submit their documents earlier will be able to apply for their visa first.
