In order to facilitate the timely payment of tuition and accommodation fees for international students and help you apply new residence permit on time, the notice of 2017-2018 academic year payment and residentence permit are hereby notified as follows:

For 2014 and 2015 grade students, tuition, accommodation and insurance fees are charged according to previous fee standards.

二、Payment Methods
For tuition and accommodation fee, you can choose one of following ways to pay:1.International transfer:
You can do international transfer in your home country and directly send fees to wenzhou university account.

2.Local Transfer in China :
You can go to any ICBC ( Industrial and Commercial Bank of China) bank and do a local transfer to pay the tuition and accommodation fee.

3.Pay fee in the Administration Building
After getting a invoice from the Office 221, you can pay tuition and accommodation fee every Monday morning from 9:00 - 11:00 in the Office 304, Administration Building, South Campus. Both RMB cash and China local bank card are acceptable for the payment.
Also, please keep the receipt well for university verification.
For insurance fee, you need to pay in the SICAS OFFICE (Room 215) by AliPay when you hand in documents for visa. (Due to summer vacation, the insurance fee will be temporarily collected by SICAS. The college will buy student insurance uniformly later.)
三、Payment and Registration
Students should pay tuition, accommodation, insurance and other unpaid fees before registration at the first semester of each academic year. Then the college will do the Students ID booklet registration according to payment receipt. Students who register successfully will allow to apply new residence permit, courses selection and participate academic activities in the new semester.
四、Application for New Residence Permit
In order to prevent the overcrowding for the extension of residence permit, we will help students who currently living in Wenzhou apply new visa in batches.（If students in one group are more than a certain number, the staff will deal with your visa application in the university directly. Otherwise, you have to go to the immigration office center by yourself. )
You need to prepare the following documents:
1. Passport
2. Medical examination report (Within 6 months)
3. Apartment registration document from the local police station (For students not living off-campus)
4. Your payment receipt for tuition, accommodation and insurance fee
五、Material Submission Deadline:
1.First group: 25th August, 2017 (Friday)
2.Second group: 8th September, 2017 (Friday)
Students who hand in materials earlier will be regarded as the first group and will apply the visa earlier. We will prepare the documents according to each one’s submission order.
六、Material Submission location:
Please submit all above mentioned documents to SICAS OFFICE (Room 215).
